I had an amazing experience at Rebel Miranda with Jack H today. My family was out for a new pair of runners and Jack was very helpful in finding the right pair for us. He was knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of the customer; he was patient and had a league of his own when it came to customer service. Truth be told, I and a lot of friends I know avoid going to Rebel sports due to not so great customer service and attitude of the guys who work there who seem to have next to zero knowledge when it comes to customer service. They roam around and rather prefer to chat to each other than to help out customers in need. Jack was different and definitely deserves the recognition for the amazing work he’s doing at Rebel Sports. The result of his service today? - We bought a pair from him when we could have easily order the same pair online for the same or less price. Thanks Jack H.
