After a lot of confusion and receiving a completely different pair of Novo shoes to the ones I ordered online, I desperately called Miranda Novo numerous times and even asked another branch to call, only to get no answer at all. These shoes are needed urgently and I expected better customer service. Very unreliable.

Well worth a visit but go on a weekday not as many people lots of steps to negotiate not good if you have a physical disability, great location beautiful views. Enjoy.

Staff were ignoring me and other shoppers in the store, shoes were made cheaply and did not have much support and had zero grip on the soles.
