I bought a beautiful pair of shoes that I had put down in another store (in the stress of Christmas shopping) whilst trying to juggle all of the other bags and I wasn't able to track them down. I ordered online and there was an error and so they weren't coming. As soon as I emailed, I had a reply with different options, having a refund or having them couriered and when I requested couriered they located a pair sending them to me and they arrived so fast! I can't fault this service!! So amazing and fantastic and helpful!

This store is odd, the deals were really good so my wife and I went in and took a look. The staff just sort of hid behind the counter and stared at people. Really strange experence for a shoe store. Nothing wrong with the products but I probably would not go back again if there is no sale.

Rebecca is one of the best salespersons I have ever met. She was so patient while handling myriad of customers in the shop, very polite too.

Had to return a pair of shoes as they were slightly damaged not long after I bought them. Store staff were polite and helpful and offered to get them repaired ASAP. They were ready for me to pick up the very next day, and the staff even threw in a free pair of shoe grips as well. I was so happy with the quick, helpful service I received I bought a new pair of boots as well.nHad a similar issue with Windsor Smith a few months back and it was the opposite of my experience with Betts. Staff were unhelpful and rude. Needless to say, I'll never be shopping at Windsor Smith again.
