Today I contacted the store in regards to some shoes I was desperate to purchase .nA lovely young man by the name of Luca answered ,and what an absolute gem of a person.He knew exactly what I was after,he looked it up to make sure they were in the store,and not only did he inform me that the size I enquired about was there,but he also mentioned the sizes below and above were available and if I came into the store he would have them there for myself to try on to find the perfect fit.nOn arrival I went to the counter and Luca was there .He was onto it straight away.We also had many a conversation and he really knew how to make someone feel that extra bit special.nHis Customer Service was outstanding and this young man is an absolute asset to this Company.There need to be more people like Luca in this world.You leave the store feeling happy and wanting to return knowing you will be well looked after and not just a number.nThankyou Luca for making this Lady very happy.nMy experience in this store was a brilliant one.nNever stop being the person you are.Many many thanks for making this experience an easy one for me.Definitely will be returning.

Often having a sale which is handy for those in need of shoes suddenly. The staff are very helpful and speedy, even when it is busy. They do offer other add ons like socks with the sale but it's just what sales peeps gotta do
