I would like to commend the service provided at Shoes & Sox Miranda Westfields by Joe and Mariam. They really looked after us and provided advice and assistance with fitting our children’s shoes. Purchased shoes for our 3 year old granddaughter. Staff were excellent - friendly, obliging and thorough. There were a good range of shoes to choose from. Could thoroughly recommend this store.
The patience of the gentleman that served us was brilliant. My son lives with Autism and he was having a tough day. Every shoe was ‘not right’ and he just kept bringing out more. He was kind and so considerate.
Excellent customer service! The lady who helped us was great with my 3 yr old daughter, very friendly and professional. She showed me how to check if the shoes were fitting correctly, turns out my daughters current shoes were almost 2 sizes too small! Highly recommend getting your kids feet properly fitted by the staff at Shoes and Sox
