Golden Rams

I researched what I wanted to buy online before I went to the store. I have bought all my family Proper Australian Made UGGs and usually go to the store on Princes Hwy on the way to the city. From the moment I asked if I could get a black pair of the slippers this women (the manager) was rude. I got a lecture on dyes transferring and not being on display for that reason. She got a ladder and begrudgingly got a black pair in the size I asked from the upper shelves. Other customers were near and were just looking. I was ready to buy before I went in. Whilst the lady treated me with rudeness I checked the fit to be sure it was tight for my mother in laws feet my daughter looked on in shock at how rude this lady was being to me. I put the boots on the counter to buy and she looked a little shocked I was ready to buy them and tried to pull some politeness out of nowhere and redeem her total lack of customer service. After leaving I felt so sick as to what went wrong. I have a Canadian accent maybe she thought I was American. My daughter commented how rude she was and I did not have an explanation for her. I regret spending my money there and I will think twice at making any purchase here again. Being treated like a second class citizen in front of my daughter is not something i planned to pay for. Take the feedback Ms Manager and don’t treat anyone like that again. Accent or not i was a decisive loyal customer and treated like dirt. No thanks.

Fantastic shop, great products, great service. It is really juat a shame they dont have more room to display more! Its a great place to check regularly for new stock as they often have something new to have a look at. I have been very happy with all the products I have purchased and how long they have lasted. Would highly recommend if you are after wool products.

Well where do I begin? Amazing service. Great products. Staff are amazing. The older lady who I bought the Jason statham looking hat was very courteous.nnI came back in later that night with the intention of buying an acubra. Which I will most likely tomorrow. Great hearted girl. Could have a laugh about something I had to clarify first in regards to prices. She’ll know what I’m referring to ud83dude09 also shares a dislike for fedoras so she went up like at least 3 points in my ranking system. She didn’t leave her name on a card and now I feel kinda cringy like she didn’t want me to have it ud83dude10 don’t worry I’ll still come in and do exchange on she statham style one to the acubra because i has the impression I looked quite dapper in it.nnWould buy from shop again 11/10nnthelifeandtimesofryan

Welcoming staff with excellent customer service. If only the products they sold were of poorer quality, I'd like to say I'd be back!
