Very friendly service; got a lucky upgrade; and we were even walked/ escorted to the car amid building renovations at the Port Macquarie airport
I was passing thru to sydney and had a issue with the Vehicle I rented .nI was woried I wouldnt make it with the service dpf light on.nLee right away sent me to the right place to fix the issue . He tried to put me in a new rental but my gear wouldnt fit in the units he had . He went above and beyond to help me out. He called me to check on me all the way thru.nnVery amazing service!
