The worst customer service I’ve ever received not to mention we were dealt very rudely by one of the cashiers. Very disappointed with the handlings today. my friend and I were at the counter with close to $700 of items but once this happened we decided to leave and spend our money somewhere else. Someone above needs to get these guys in check and a lesson in customer service. I know it’s a factory store but second rate customers service is unacceptablennAnd by the looks of things this is an on going issue from the other poor ratings I’ve read.

Great staff and price. Long wait but understandable. Its a factory outlet so dont expect the store will always neat and tidy specially during big week of sales.
