Jet capped off a first rate experience with Timberland. Ordered boots online, delivered in 2 days. Unfortunately ordered the wrong size. Rang Jet at DFO Homebush who made the exchange for the right size easy. Great customer experience.

The Asian girl sales is very friendly and attentive. Although the shop is a bit crowed but everyone is so nice and friendly.

Value for money. Each time i visited, staff was well trained, very welcoming.

Customer service was bad as well as pricing for an outlet.nWent in the store to see if we could find a pair of 6inch boots that I saw online at Hype store, figured it would be the same price for the exact type but was more expensive at the outlet for some reason. The guy that we asked for assistance was not friendly at all or helpful. Not sure what the point is of having an outlet that has the same pricing on their own website plus are more expensive than other stores that sell the brand.
