Very helpful and friendly service today. I’m not too sure about all these reviews saying they look down upon people? Maybe that says more about the reviewers attitude than the staff? I’m covered with tattoos in highly visible areas. I was treated very well and didn’t get any attitude or snobby responses. Quite the opposite .

Good service and great selection. I have bought from this store a few times and been pleased with their sales. Service is generally quite good and staff are friendly and helpful.

I had a very bad experience on 26/feb/2021. Very quite day nobody wanna help me, just one lady came to told me to sign in that’s it. No hello no hi, I feel so bad, every one was talking at the front. Your staffs are very unprofessional and lazy, hire polite and professional staff, people go there for the brand, but they except good customer service from Burberry.

Great service by the sales associate Anshukka few weeks back during christmas. I really liked how patient she was with my friend who wanted to buy gifts for her parents as she was traveling back to her country. The sales girl spent almost 2 hours with us going back and forth to get items that we could buy. Even I ended up buying things for myself!! She even let us know about the promotions and recommended us the some great options for my friends family. I have recommended her to my other friends too, I would love to come back soon.

Lady staff is extremely rude. Force customer to buy products when we don’t even like it. She still keep searching for products and offer to me. Then when i refused she is YELLING at me with really loud voice. Do not entry to this store. It happened on 3 pm 1 Jan 2020.
