I've bought at least 5 pairs of Ecco shoes . Maybe it's just me but I want to know how much a pair of shoes will.cost me when I pick one up. Can you please label the cost and not have this deceptive up to % off . Poor marketing .

Staff are helpful when you purchase the products. The return process, however, from personal experience, was rather unpleasant. The staff tried really hard to convince you to keep what you don’t want, when it failed, they started to become picky in details, from your card number to the purchase date etc. The whole process made you feeling more and more uncomfortable. I have to rethink if I really want to purchase from the store or online. Because the online return after all is so much easier.

The store manager is very friendly and helpful.nI brought a pair of golf shoes for my wife's birthday and was so happy to have gone to this store. The shoes are such great quality and the helpful advice I got from the lovely lady at the store made it so easy. Thank you ud83dude42

The shoes I wanted were not available in the size I needed so the sales assistant offered to order them in which would take roughly two weeks. After these two weeks I called their store a few times during their working hours and no one answered. I called the following few days and even called their other outlet in Macquarie to double check the number I was dialing was correct, after the 5th call they picked up. The sales assistant was very neglectful toward my order, she told me that in fact these shoes were not in stock from the place she had ordered them from and had not called because she was on holiday that week. She then proceeded to give me the name of stores in other states that had them in stock expecting me to wait another 2 weeks for her to order them in. I had hoped to get the shoes in store to try them on before purchasing them, however this experience completely deterred me from this outlet store. I asked for the exact name of the shoe so I could order them online, she proceeded to give me the wrong shoe name. In the end I had to find the shoes myself online and wasted two weeks putting my trust in this outlet store. Very disappointed with the customer service I experienced here.
