I have been coming here for years and always got fantastic customer service. Went today and was served by a group of new sales assistants. So***(staff name) specifically was quite rude and unhelpful with her service. They weren’t professional as well and needs more training before doing a customer facing job. Quite disappointed and won’t be coming back again.
Excellent deals and fabulous staff. The girls in there were absolutely friendly. They helped us choosing my son's formal clothing and we absolutely love it! I love their sales and clothing too!nThank you so much!

We were greeted by Daniel whilst entering the store, and I've got to say - his service was exceptional.nHe was attentive, helpful and even managed to upsell me some great jackets - He even ran out of the store to find me, as I forgot to take my complimentary pocket-chief. Good service is hard to come by, and I can't be more than happy with the experience. ( I probably spent $400 worth.) Not bad for a Sunday morning shop. Thank you and I'll be a return customer.
