The gentleman who helped me this morning at the store was exceptionally good. He was very attentive without being overbearing, proactive in service, genuine in his offerings, and solution-oriented with positive attitude. I had issues with the payment and ended up purchasing the pair of shoes I liked online but I would really like to shout out to his great customer service.

Worst customer service ever! Made me come twice to return a pair of factory faulty shoes! Made me wait like a dog both times. Never buying Ecco again.
