Great experience. Needed sneakers for school with two kids in tow. The line up system is a great idea and so easy to use and we were helped quickly by a lovely lady (sorry can't remember her name!) who measured the kids quickly and had us sorted out in no time.

Wonderful service - Jo (assistant store manager) was great - very friendly and great customer service. The shoes bought were excellent and my daughter loved them.

We came to purchase new shoes for our 2 year old son. We were greeted by a very enthusiastic lady named BEC.nAs we had a vague idea on what to get him and not sure what his shoe size was, she was quickly so proactive and suggested to get his measurement just by understanding the look on our faces. The rest was history tbh...ud83dude04 she used her superwoman/experience and took her time to explain children shoe sizes from A-Z while interacting with our boy who tends to be hyper.nnWe ended up purchasing 2 pairs instead of 1 just because we felt 100% that it was the right thing to do and trusted her expertise. I will definitely shop here and nowhere else just because of the outstanding customer service BEC provided.nnud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d job very well done.

Great service, checked in the with QR code - after 13yrs of buying shoes from you I definitely prefer this to standing around with a number!! Service was quick and friendly.

We had an appointment for 10am and we went in on time. I was there to fit my youngest going to Kindy and my 7 year old. We were so lucky to be greeted by Mark, he was knowledgable and patient. My girls were in between sizes. He took the time to try all variations with and without inner soles to ensure the best choice was made for the girls. I thanked him as we left and was hoping you would ask for feedback. He was nothing short of amazing and fantastic at his job. Thanks Mark. Hope you are still there next year when we come back!
