Went to the store to change a pair of shoes that I had bought online. The staff provided great advise on getting the right size and checking that it is what I needed. They were also friendly and really patient. Am really pleased with my shopping experience and will be going back soon.
Paid full price for a pair of Comfort Craftsman and was sold a defective product. The leather was visibly cut in two places. I was very upset and brought back for an exchange and rather than receiving an apology I was provided with a lousy explanation. Now, instead of being able to use the boots straightaway I have to wait for 2 weeks for the new pair to arrive. If you are charging $595 for a pair of boots, treat your customers with respect and not trying to trick them with poor workmanship products.
