The Worst Experience of my Life!!!nMy family and I hired a small moving van to travel 5 hours interstate. The vans are not maintained, tyre pressures not checked, so beware!!nnOne hour into our trip the tyre blew on a busy motorway. It was such a dangerous place to happen. When hiring the van nobody tells you what to do if things go wrong, We waited on a busy high speed motorway for 6.5 hours with no food or water. Thrifty Yamba did not want to know and did not help us in any way, could not have cared less. Give us your money and don't bother us is there attitude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!nnWhen a repair man eventually came along he said the tyres had not nearly enough air and proceeded to change the blown tyre and put air in the remaining. How handy to hire a van out and not even check the tyres!!! I guess that's our job. What a joke.nnThe van was mechanically unsound and we felt very unsafe and were so thankful that we made it alive to where we were headed.nnThrifty have not responded to any emails, they are pathetic business people and I hate having to give them 1 star. They put my families life in danger and I will never go near this business again.

This company is rude and call you have a go at you and hang up without even asking you what hapend then when calling back keep hanging up and not answering your call they don't care aslong as they get there money would highly recommend not using

These guys were terrific. Very helpful. Even got me a cheaper rate through my NRMA membership. They also helped with getting the right insurance cover. The car was in perfect condition. Definitely recommend.
