Budget Car & Truck Rental Sydney Airport

Customer service staffs are so rude. The way they approach is totally wired. They didn’t mention anything before rent and after when you about to pick up they mention alot their policy which i really understand. I really disappointed

Good, although cheaper to book yourself online, not call.

Easy and effortless. Car was ready for pickup when we arrived and very easy to return. Slightly more expensive than rental agencies outside of the airport but you get it back in convenience and not needing to wait an hour for some shuttle bus.

Terrible. I had the same experience of booking a car, ( via the reputable Vroom Vroom) paying insurance, and then being asked to pay again when I turned up to collect the car. Impossible to get hold of too to try and rectify this

Friendly staff on pick up and drop off. Thirty mind tops to get through paperwork and excess options available. Thought we'd have more time to fill up fuel before but didn't. Wish I'd purchased the fuel package but price seemed to be a bit much at the time
