The customer service is so poor. I went on the black Friday for some shopping, the person at the counter didn’t even bother to say hi or greet was talking with the other worker. After taking my cloths, he just junk it in to the bag with the hangers.nNo folding. Didn’t even great after the payments on leaving. Very poor customer service. Maybe the management should train them customer service after hiring.

This YD shop just changed its game from my previous shopping experience a year and a half ago. Abu the manager has closely listened to my need of sorting out a complex exchange which saved me a huge amount of time to drive to Liverpool where I originally bought the goods at the same day.
