Each shop would try to send you to another shop for refunds. Who asks for the same card for refunds in 2021?! With all these payment options and virtual cards it's basically Impossible to provide the same card. Zero customer service. The guy who served us didn't know anything about their refund policy. I tried to return a short with broken button that he wouldn't take back because of a defect! Zero customer service zero knowledge of their policies and products and zero common sense. Took us 10 minutes until we convinced him that we are entitled for a refund for that reason which was written on their receipt that he referred to.
