Great store. I always shop there for items for my man and brother. The staff are always friendly and helpful and they always have a good variety in stock.
Visited the Blacktown store and was greeted by a gentleman named Tux, he helped my husband find a great shirt. Tux was really friendly and lovely. We went up to the counter to pay and there was a man and girl there. We stood there for a while and the man did not even look at us. Normally I would put the items I was going to buy on the counter and walk out. I only did not do this as Tux was so lovely. My husband ask Tux if he could take our money, Tux apologised as he thought the man at the counter was looking after us. We ended up buying another shirt Tux found for us Thanks Tux you are a lovely person and saved a sale ud83dude0a
Great customer service amazing staff. Couldn't be more pleased. The wonderful lady helped us in every way possible.
What a fantastic experience. I was lucky enough to be served by a young lady named Emerald today & can’t speak highly enough of her. Her product knowledge & customer service skills were absolutely outstanding.
