Thrifty Car & Truck Rental Castle Hill

The service was excellent, and the truck I hired (3 tonne) was modern and easy to drive. I believe the hire rate to be quite reasonable for what you get.nI appreciated the sense of humour and personal approach of each staff member. Kudos to each of you.

Excellent rental prices at this location. The car was neat and in good order. Attendant was super nice and helpful. Quick set up and drive away in minutes. I'll definitely rent again from here.

Very happy with my experience renting a car at Thrifty Castle Hill. The quality of the car, the rental price and the outstanding customer service provided by Arjun are the reasons I strongly recommend renting from Thrifty.

Issues I experienced were:n1. Incorrect amount charged. I pointed this out and they arranged a credit.n2. They planned to charge me a $500 bond but I pointed out that I was using a credit card so it should only be $200.n3. Existing damage to the front of the car (passenger side) was not listed in the 'Existing Damage' section of the contract.n4. The headrest on the front passenger side seat was missing.n5. When I was in the car and driving out, I noticed the fuel tank was not full. I pointed this out and they said I should take a photo of the gauge, which I did. The paperwork said the fuel tank was full.n6. When I returned the car, the attendant asked for my phone to compare the fuel tank gauge picture I had with the current reading. He claimed it was less so I had to pay for fuel. After I showed him the receipt for the fuel I had purchased, which was for more fuel than I could have used, he dropped the matter.

Very disappointed with Thrifty castle hill  branch they are a bunch  of total rip-offs. On the day of the return I rang the branch to confirm the drop of time and they said 1:00pm I also asked them if it would cost me any extra and the guy on the phone confirmed it wouldn't. When I dropped the car they charged me the whole days rental saying that I had  to drop off the car by 10am on top of that the branch manager ARJUN instead of investigating the call he called me a lier which was extremely shocking. Very poor management skills from him he is probably some one who either needs training on his management skills or needs to be stripped off his post
