Hertz Ballina Downtown

Friendly helpful staff car santised and all invoicing sent via email. I only hate how basic the cars hertz rent out like the toyota Corolla can be. i have to switch the head lights on and off no auto lights and no android auto or car play which is annoying

HORRIBLE. If I could give minus stars I would. So inflexible. We booked a car for work, using a company credit card which they would not honour and left us without a car and a full day of work visits.

Had the worse experience with this particular Hertz location, which was way below Hertz’s usual standard. The guy in charge was unfriendly, unhelpful, and arrogant. Also, the location itself was inconvenient - situated in a retail park away from town centre. Judging from other reviews it seems Hertz needs to change the management of this location if it wants to improve customer service.

Having had the worst experience with Thrifty I was reluctant to ever hire a car again. Glad I changed my mind and went with Hertz. No hassle holding deposit returned within 24hours job done. Thankyou and will have no hesitation if the need arises to go with Hertz again.
