First off the store is very luxe, it’s a wonderful experience going inside, even though the space is small they have a beautiful display.nnBut their customer service is the shining star!!! I purchased online in their (incredible) sale and the size didn’t fit so I organised an exchange. They were so accomodating when I called on the phone, and went out of their way to go and pick up a shoe they had in storage, absolutely fantastic, will buy from them again :) It’s refreshing to have such lovely customer service!nnPS, Kudos to the stock buyer, the selection is incredible ud83dude0d
