Purchased a hat and shoes 2 weeks ago and shoes fell apart after 2 weeks, went to return them so i could swap for other goods but her reaction was so shocking , saying how dare i ask for a refund, and how she will glue them back together, never shop there as she was super aggressive and throwing stuff about in front of my 4 month old baby
I love this shop. The ppl are so nice the shoes are of exceptional quality and style. The last pair I bought here have been my all time favourites for too many years. They were so well made and so comfortable they lasted nearly 10 years
