I was provided a city car vehicle(Renault Megane) through a smash repairer for two weeks while my car was being repaired, after returning the city car vehicle and receiving a copy of the return inspection report stating no damage on the vehicle from city car, THEN 59 days later city car transacted $800 from my credit card reasoning they done a google search and there was a hail storm when I had the their vehicle and there was noted hail damage (lies). City car also charged the third party's insurance almost $5000 for the two weeks I had the Renault Megane. Please be careful the third party's insurance company could have refused to pay the $5000 for the 2 week car hire reasoning as the price charged is over priced and through my experience from mitigation is that if you have signed the document with city car accepting car hire make sure you read that fine print as it could cost you alot more if RACV refused to pay for the cost of $5000 for the car hire you will be expected to pay the difference. This is just an alert to please look thoroughly over every contract you sign or you'll learn the hard way like me. City car are scammers
