Wow, accidentally walked in here to go to escalators and was short fronted by a male employee who got within 10 cm of my face, no social distancing here. When I realised I'd walked the wrong way I told this violent man that he is very lucky someone doesn't attack him for scaring them and jumping in there face. What a disgrace

I love Celine products and in the past have always shopped either in Rome or Harrods or Selfridges in London. The staff and their service there is EXCEPTIONAL.nnFinally, I have discovered the lovely young staff of David Jones in Celine, in particular Andrew, and he just cannot do enough for me. He guides me effortlessly between the flag store in Westfield and the David Jones Celine and accommodates my every wish, offering well received guidance and constructive comments.nnIf either of the shops do not have a product, he goes out of his way to locate it either in Australia or from overseas. Effortlessly. THAT is service only ever experienced overseas. We need more of this in Australia and more ‘Andrews’ (from David Jones) and now William (from Celine’s Westfield ) in the retail business. Andrew’s personal interest, suggestions and attention is commendable and very much appreciated.nnI have only ever seen or experienced this level of customer service in the high end stores in Europe. Now we finally have it in Andrew. Celine should hand pick their shop assistants to fit the high end price tag of their clothes.nnAndrew is one of a kind. William is amazing too as is Nicholas from the Celine store in Melbourne. These boys go out of their way to help me. THANK YOU .nnThey make shopping pleasurable. And...fun!
