Always clean and well presented store. Always have the pleasure of dealing with Julian at the Pitt Street store location. He is super kind, attentive and polite. Would recommend shopping at this Balenciaga!

I shopped there today and I was served by Tina (hopefully my memory is correct). Very patient when I was questioning about different hoodie designs and very nice even though I caused some inconveniences at the counter.

Went to the Pitt St store - When its really crowded, and a very hot day, closing in on summer, the least you would expect is there to be WORKING Air Conditioning in a “high end store”. Going into a stinking hot room doesn’t encourage me to want to buy, matter of fact if I wasn’t there for someone else, I would have immediately left, even after waiting in that ridiculous line - the LV store has air conditioning, the Gucci store, Prada, hell I even think the general pants store has air conditioning ... you’re not hitting the expected mark Balenciaga, pick up your game, A broken air conditioner makes your store look run down and lacking care and consideration to your staff and customers - for if you’re going to charge me over $1000 on a pair shoes you can easily afford to repair your air conditioner.
