The best customer sevice I 've ever had in a retail store. The lady who helped me asked me for the occasions I wear shoes. She recommended me one for work and another pair which matches the outfit I worn that day and was comfy for walking. She also understands the products so well. She shared with me knowledge about caring different types of leather, which i find is very useful and helpful!

Fantastic customer service in this shop. I was just browsing in the shop at the begging. The staff introduced the brand to me and offer me to try on some of the iconic crystal buckle shoes. I was so surprised when I try on, I actually love the style and the sparkling buckle looks so stunning on my feet. Thank you for the lovely lady in Roger Vivier. I think she might be the manager. Now I know where to find the right shoes in Sydney.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, my fiancée tried 6 different pair of shoes for our wedding. The assistant manager was polite and really helpful, she shared her own opinion and helped my fiancée to pick for the perfect pair. Wonderful shopping experience. Definitely recommended and would come back again!

Bought two pair of shoes from this shop . The designing and the quality of the shoes are bang on. However, what apparent to me is that some staff are friendly while a mid 30s woman who speaks Cantonese and Mandarin is quite abrupt and rude . She doesn’t bother even look at you just push you to make a purchase or go out of the shop which is disappointing.nnWould deserve one more star if the Cantonese woman engages in knowing what defines customer service ,professionalism, and most important of all - RESPECT.
