Just as the other reviewers have witnessed the owner couldn’t care less about shoes or selling them. Clearly his heart lies elsewhere. Very surprised the store can remain open with this poor level of service in a modern age of fast fashion and online competition. If I could give this place a minus 5 stars I would.

Not even giving a star. Worse service ever. The old salesman is looking rude at you and not willing to make an effort to know what you are after.nGood looking shoes though but I won't spend a dollar there with this kind of service.nIf I could I would not give a star

SHOCKING sales experience. I’m never walking into this shop ever again, and I’ll be telling my work colleagues to do the same... the salesman is rude and very unhelpful. Don’t waste your hard earned money on shoes from this shop... All I was asking for was to see if they had 2 pairs of shoes in the same color and style for a wedding... it was like I was asking this person to stick hot needles into their eyes!

Shocking service from the old guy in the shop, does not know how to treat customers, if you ask him for assistance he does not, like if you do not but straight away, but would like to sit in the shop and do nothing. have never experienced anything like this in todays competitive market like retail. Will never recommend or go back there

AVOID! Rude old salesman! 0 stars if possible. The negative reviews are true. I wish I have checked before going in. his manners and stares made me feel like I am wasting his time and not worthy of his service although I was ready to buy. Don't bother, there are planty of shops where you can get a decent service and products.
