Fantastic store with a great selection of Hermes products, and the store always has a beautiful exterior and interior of the building!nnI had a great shopping experience with Angeline. She is super nice with a great customer service passion, also her communication and professionalism is top tier. Which can recommend and find great pieces for us.nnIt’s always an amazing experience visiting and purchasing from Sydney Hermes!

Sales associate Hamy was very helpful and brought out some special bags for me to see. Whole store was very nice and luxurious. Definitely will come back.

Today was the second time we visited the Sydney boutique and Inna is the reason that brought us back here. In January we met Inna for the first time in the boutique with a warm friendly greeting and then in the following couple of hours, we found she not only has great product knowledge but passion for the brand as well. We felt there was so much fun to hear the lovely stories behind the Hermes products. It was the first time I felt I must come back again not only for the products but also for meeting Inna again. We can easily build trust since the first shopping experience and she knows what we are interested in and what we need and what products suit us. She is not like the normal salesperson who just cares for the sales figures, she is my friend to help me make the best decision. She made us realize Hermes not only has the best bags in the world but also elegant homeware and tableware, quality fashionable clothing, comfortable shoes, and so much more. I would love to meet Inna every single time I visit the boutique and I'm already looking forward to coming back the minute I walk out.

Nina's service was superb!nnI was looking for a pair of flats during the weekend and wasn't finding a match in any of the items on display (they were either uncomfortable or not the right colour). Nina understood each style well and explained the differences in the sizing/materials across the range. She went to the store room and surprised me with a limited edition style (not on display) that I fell in love with.nnThank you Nina for your attention to detail and customer-focused attitude!
