Has always been lovely when we visit the store (even when we didn’t buy anything). Staff are always friendly, Tristan who helped us with shoes selection yesterday was professional and helpful, the monogramming job he done was spot on! Happy shopping experience! Staff are really friendly and willing to help, they can customise your shoes with monogramming on the upstairs floor and there’s even arcade machines to play while you wait.
