Certainly one of the best in-store service experiences I have had in a long time. To fully appreciate what Suitsupply has to offer, I highly recommend booking in an appointment to see one of the style advisors in-store, and go the Custom Made route. The Custom Made program provides you with plenty of options to cater for your personal taste and style (even my personal preference which is a mix of Neapolitan and Japanese tailoring).nnIrina was very helpful, informative and patient in working through the details of the personal style uniform that I had in mind. Even in my indecision over fabric choice for my sports coat, Irina suggested that I take the time to think it through and research before I returned a week later to make the purchase. I greatly appreciated the care about customer satisfaction, over the 'pushy sales tactics' that would normally be seen in other retailers.nnIt's been two weeks since I've been wearing perhaps the best fitting and looking sports coat and trouser combination I've ever worn, and so I am returning to the store again to continue on with the next pieces of my personal style uniform.nnThank you Irina and team!

Great Experience!nIrena was amazing. She helped my husband find suits for work. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful from the outset. She made the whole process easy and quick. She knew his sizingnjust by looking at him and exactly what he was looking for only after a brief conversation. She explained the alteration process and the adjustments made to the suits fit perfectly on him. Both the customer service received and quality of suits are fantastic. Thanks for your help Irena, as well as all the other staff for making it an enjoyable process.
