Excellent customer service, no rush and helped me to find what I needed. I saw the item online but when I got there it wasn't what I want it, staff member found what was right for me at the end.
As others have said, such a beautiful building and the best retail customer service I have ever experienced. Burberry Sydney has found a loyal customer due to their helpful staff and quality selection. A real five star experience.
Never felt so uncomfortable every where you went there was some one behind you watching every move you made
Just want to collect the online order, but needs to wait for more than half hours?! Really bad experience, they keep you waiting in a long queue but there’s few people inside the shop. That doesn’t make sense!
