Bought a pair of shoes about a year ago.nFirst use was for an interview in December, looked great.nSecond use was for my wedding a month later, the right shoe broke during my wedding... Not much I could do but walk around with a floppy shoe.nnSo I wanted a refund and was offered to get them fixed. Got them fixed.nWore them a few months later for another wedding and they broke again. Same shoe same way... so not happy!!nOnce again walked around a whole wedding with a floppy shoe...
Amazing service and quality!!! I had a jacket that should really be thrown out, but they managed to repair the unrepairable and for a more than fair price considering the amount of work that had to go into it. My husband also bought a belt from there as well as some alterations. The belt surpassed his expectations for quality given its price and they did his jacket perfectly. We don't go anywhere else for alternations despite now living far away, we always make the drive to take our business here.
