Excellent problem management. Came into the store with faulty shoes and they replaced them in a second. Listened diligently and were all incredibly kind. Special props to the manager who was on today ! If you are looking for a quality pair of shoes or clothes from a company who clearly listens, this is the one. Broadway Nike also were incredibly helpful. Props to you all!
The staff here are super helpful! And they don't try BS upselling sales tactics either. Felt very comfortable with them. Only problem is that the red shoes I bought really didn't make me run faster....

Went in to try on the Alphafly and Vaporfly 2 ahead of a half marathonnStaff members who served me were very friendly and knowledgeablenI was able to try the shoes on a treadmill which is a massive plus (initially wanted the Alphafly but after running in both decided that the air bags in the Alphafly made the shoe not as comfortable as the Vaporfly 2 - would not have realised this if did not get a chance to run in them)nnOverall the experience was really good - would definitely recommend
