Terrible service. After looking around the store for about half an hour and deciding what shoe I wanted to try the sales staff told me that I needed to stand in a line to be seen. The line is about 6 people long and all of them arrived after me. If there is a queueing system clearly state that!

I wanted to resize a hat and while they didn't have the right size at that store the shop assistant ran over to the Myers RM Williams to get the size. Great customer service

**DON’T GO TO THE WESTFIELD RM WILLIAMS, BETTER SERVICE HERE **nHave had a pretty poor experience with this RM Williams Store. I got fitted in Homebush for a 10g, went in store and tried it on for like a dream. Wore once and the heel started to separate. I returned and another gentleman exchanged them however then fitted me for a smaller size and insisted they fitted better.nnI then wear them at home on wooden floors and they are crushing my toes in other socks. I went to take them back today and another young guy refused to exchange them saying they had been “worn”.nnWalked out fuming and went to another RM Williams store just over the road. Instant exchange to another size and amazing surface. Do better there Westfield

A shop that sets the bar really high and with really friendly and really prepared staff !nAfter one hour of hard working, staff members Giuseppe and Danielle have been able to trace down the very last size of the jacket that i had been looking for in the past 2 weeks .nNot only they found the jacket, but they were also able to have it delivered to the shop the day after!nI'd like to share with you all this moment of happiness and I'd like to thanknGiuseppe and Danielle who have been so good and patient with me.nThey made me feel so comfortable thanks to their great customer service and their hight preparation!nRM factory should be proud of you guys !nThanks a lot ,nBrikel
