Popped into Joseph's shoes in Pitt St the other day to buy some shoes for my boyfriend and was amazed at the level of expertise. As someone who wasn't too sure on what to buy, I left feeling confident in my purchase. Will most definitely return and would highly recommend them.
Joseph shoes has the best quality and widest range of shoes in Sydney. The range is very reasonably priced. The service is amazing and I would strongly recommend them. A trip to the city isn't complete without popping in to see the kind folk at Joseph's.
Service is terrible. One worded replies, lack of interest on the behalf of a particular gentleman and the attitude or 'vibe' was quite condescending. Had my eyes on one of their Berwick shoes but clerk was not interested in showing me the collection or to provide sizing guides. Quite shocked.nnObviously this company does not need customers! Take your money elsewhere. There is no shortage of high quality shoe stores in either the Strand Arcade or elsewhere in the CBD. I will not be returning. Such a shame.
Joseph Shoes is always my first pit stop when I need a new pair of shoes. Comfortable, affordable and excellent service from Bernard and Lisa. Lisa has a great sense of style helping me select the perfect pair. I could not recommend this business more highly. I will definitely be back.
