first i got these pair last week, and first day wearing it the strap came off on the street... so embarrassing outside walking barefoot.nSo i got them exchanged, and it happened AGAIN!!! Didnt even walk out, but when I tried it on, it happened.. i have other brands’ shoes with similar design, which never happened and i think its the quality of the make.nNot to mention the customer service i got today, just made it worse. Just because i had to travel 2-3 times just for this and the cushion gel I purchased at the first visit has lost its stickiness so i asked them to exchange it, but they refused. I mean its okay it might be their policy, but there are way of saying. Customer service definitely needs to be worked on!!!!! Dont even deserve a 1 star.
