bought from online 2month haven't got the clothe, sent email twice no one reply. heard someone said sneaker boy almost close down. definitely don't recommand the shop

Order a pair of Skepta Tailwind Vs. Took a while to come but they were on back order in which I had to ask customer service to what was going on but they responded in 1 1/2 days and explained it well. Having a more clearer shipping section when looking at your order would help, especially when global shipping is so delayed but I'm more than happy with experience shopping here, am definitely coming back!

Redux: The entrance to the store is actually secluded and recessed in through alleyways. The hidden nature of the store adds a sense of mystery and anticipation when you first come in. Only pet-peeve is that if you are a first timer, you will have trouble finding the store. I sure did.nnStore is spotless and pristine in terms of cleanliness. Has some of the best range of shoes in probably all of Sydney. Fair warning, most, if not, all the items you will likely find are very expensive due to high-end luxury brands situated here such as Balenciaga, Gucci, Prada, etc.nnYou can find new Jordan releases here as well as exclusive collaboration sneakers like the Casablanca X New Balance range.nnDepending on what you are looking for, in regards to price, you will most likely find what you want here.nnA very intuitive and creative way to showcase a store. I will most definitely buy something from here, the next time I come around.nn5 stars.

I ordered an item from the Nike x MMW Apparel range via their online store and as of this day I have still have yet to receive my order.nnI sent them an email, no reply.nnI called the Sneaker Boy Sydney store a fews after my order and the lady said “we have secured the stock but it’s not in the country yet and we don’t know when it will arrive.” If I had known this, I would have ordered via Supply Store who actually had the stock in Australia and delivered my order from the same range (different item) within a few days of purchase.nnIt has become apparent that: allowing consumers to order from their site and not actually having the stock in the country, making customers wait unreasonably times for stock, not giving updates on orders and not replying to emails is common practice with this retailer.nnI wish I knew this before I ordered from them online. BUYER BEWAREnnA TIP FOR SNEAKERBOY: Please let customers know before ordering if the stock is actually in stock and not “secured but currently overseas”.nn*please note this is based on my own experience, face-to-face retail experience may differ*

STRICTLY!!!!!! DO NOT PUT DOWN ANY MONEY UNLESS THE ITEM IS READY FOR YOU TO BRING IT HOME.nnIf there is an option for 0 or negative star rating, I would definitely give that option a go. I was told that the pair of shoes will be ready to collect in 2 weeks the latest. Full payment made and we're speaking of over a thoundsand. Not even receive a single communication after 2 months since then. Tried to call all possible contacts, no one picks up and don't even bother sending an email haha.
