I'm rating the online shop only. I read horrible reviews after placing my order and expected the worst. However I got the 2 pairs I order just 2 days after the purchase (paid express post) in perfect conditions and great quality (even better than the physical shop)
Shopped here on 2 May 2021. What appalling service. Woman was blatantly rude and unhelpful. Requested two sizes to try on for a style of shoes, brings out two different styles but leaves them at the registers. Not offering any service whatsoever and proceeds to tell my husband to put shoes back for her. What has happened to service these days? Clearly forgotten.
TOTAL SCAM. Stay away from this shop. They sold us fake Ugg boots and when we came back to return them the owner refused to give us a refund even though this is against the law as we are entitled to a refund wether they are real UGG or not. I can guarantee that this is a black market selling fake items.nWe are going to report this business
I am from Taiwan and this is my first time to travel in Australia. Since UGG is very famous in Australia I was wondering to buy a pair of shoes for my mom. While all the shoes in the store were beautiful and stylish plus the sales girls were beautiful and passionate as well, so finally I purchased 3 pairs of shoes! It is amazing! Been coming here for years. The shoes and clothes have very good quality. The price is nice as well. And the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Very comfortable experience. Thanks and all the best.
