Staff were super friendly. Unfortunately there weren't enough Vans shoe varieties. It was a smallish store so no one to blame.
The staff in store are very nice/cool. And very helpful to the customer. They help me exchange the hoodie and shirts to smaller size. And recommend a better shoe for me. Will surely buy more vans products. ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
Very Poor service, after writing a reply to my review, a BOT not a person was supposed to handle my simple request.. Here is what I wrote, I Called the store on Friday and was told by a staff member it was Ok to come in and exchange a pair of shoes. I mentioned they were a gift and as a result I did not have the receipt.nOne size larger was all I needed, a very small ask, It would have cost the store nothing to help me. However, this kind request was refused today.nVery, very poor service.
