Many moons ago but the distasteful experience still lingersnnWe hired a car for one day while ours was in for service. On return a plastic hubcap was found to be slightly scuffed. We had no recollection but photos indicated no scuff before our rental. Did not want to argue with the extremely rude staff and being a plastic hubcap on a run of the mill cheap cat did not think that the cost would be highnnWell the price was $200+. Started a paper war with HQ in Germany - until we gave up and paidnnWe now use other more traditional car hire companies that do not any issues with hubcaps

The stuff interact really rude and is not really open to help you out with renting a car. Especially if you not native English speaking they are not willing to try to understand you.

Similar to other experiences - AVOID! (They do NOT fully fill up the tank, they push upsells and live for any chance to charge you for something). Spend a few extra bucks for a reputable place!

Good service and friendly receptionist. Rented a toyota Corolla for a day. The car was from 2018,clean and new. The process of checking the car went smoothly and the receptionist was friendly when ask about tolls,deposits post rental day etc.

Go for a reputable car rental agency. These guys are trying to scam you! I'd actually heard about this type of thing before on trip advisor but didn't think anything of it when i picked up the car. They gave me the car with just under a tank full (missing 1/8th of a tank) and said to return it just under full. So, when i filled up at the gas station i judged as best i could and got the dial half way in the last quarter. When I get there (three blocks later) they claim that the dial was too close to the quarter line than the full line and because of that they would charge me $21 to fill it. They clearly know that it is hard to judge when it's not just filling it up, and they take full advantage of that! I was told there was no time to take the car back to the gas station, and was encouraged to pay in cash. Very dodgy, and no one bothered to try and make amends. Considering i was paying $270 for a two day car rental, i expected better. Use enterprise when you can, much better customer service!
