Transfercar

BE CAREFUL!nFirst of all offer of relocation was misleading. We booked a car with included insurace, but it turned out that we have to pay 23$ per day (it is car rental policy that for relocation you must buy it, but you don’t know about it before pick up). Second of all offer said unlimited kms and then again it turned out to be 500 kms per day. It’s annoying and unfair that most of the conditions are different upon the pick up and vary from the ones stated in offer and confirmation email.nOf course if you want to cancel the booking you have to pay $50 or $100.nI know that relocation is for “free”, but this is mutual favor and the terms of rental should be as described. Contact with transfercar didn’t help at all.

No issues great car no problem

Don't bother. They cancel last minute after re-arranging travel plans and do nothing.

All went smoothly.

Customer service is terrible, anybody aren't able to answer your calling, anybody can't answer your emails and now they charge me.
