Very bad service experience.nI come to the shop and say “Hi” to the staff, but she was totally ignore me and she just continue with her job.nI love the product, but not the service.nNever comeback again.

I had the worst experience with their shoes. The first one that I got was okay and so I thought of getting another. This was a pretty shoe and I was expecting it would last for few months. The first day I wore it and after walking for less than 300 meters, I slipped and fell down on the middle of the road. It happened so suddenly that I thought maybe that was my mistake and then continued to walk. By the time I reached work, I had slipped for about 3- 4 times. It was such a traumatic experience not knowing what's gonna happen when I took a step. After leaving from work, I slipped and fell again and had to literally remove my shoes and walk home bare footed!!!

Went there to buy a pair of shoes for my wife and ended up buying 2 pairs and a hand bag aswell!! Great products and value, excellent customer service.. recommended!!

I love kagui shoes ~nShoes are very trendy n pretty~ also good customer service !!nl hav very small foot. Their shoes fit me perfectly. It's very hard to find shoes for me'~~nI'm glad to find this shoes store ~

Their shoes are mostly poor quality. I have bought a few pairs of shoes from here and some are better than others. I have bought a couple of pairs that have literally just fallen apart after a short time wearing them. They are fairly inexpensive though and always have sales on, so you get what you pay for, I guess.
