I made online order few days back for shoe in brando, money was deducted straight away but did not get any ETA for my order. So I send an enquire email after 3days then they reply to me saying that the colour of the shoe I selected was out of stock. In response to that I send couple of pictures of the shoe instead hoping if they could assist but I was very disappointed that they were not able to assist with anything and refunded my money after a week. This is the most terrible customer service I have ever experienced despite being their own mistake selling the shoe which is out of stock and not able to assist with the alternatives as well.

I got a pair of Burgundy Oxford Iver from here. The gentleman at the shop that day was very helpful and gave me extensive advices on which one I should purchase.nWill definitely come back when I need another pair.

Decent range, decent prices but horrid service. Don't expect the manager Vince to get back to you about bringing in clothing that fits. Despite 3 phone calls, 1 email, 1 text I had to go in store, and wait until he had arrived then request a refund. Thankfully got it. If you're going to buy clothes off the rack, fine, but don't expect them to go any further for you. Won't return to these stores again, won't recommend them to others. Will be wary when it comes to retail.nBuyer beware.
