Bought some stuff online from these guys and had a great experience. Had searched high and low for some specific Patagonia stock which was out of stock everywhere except here. Online shopping experience was good, easy to use and delivery was quick to VIC and free (over $100). At the time of writing they give first time buyers a generous discount of 20% on their site which was awesome. They even hand wrote a message on the delivery card with an additional discount for next purchase. Nice touch!

today I spoke to one of the staff on the phone about a product and it was the most reassuring customer service I have ever had in my life. This was refreshing to hear, especially on a phone conversation.
Wonderful 'online' experience - goods were posted & received directly, along with a hand-written card acknowledging/commenting on my choice. Very happy.
