Recently shopped at footwear focus while on holidays from Southern NSW. Store was well stocked with options for him & her. Wife is very happy with new sandles. Pleasant service and shopping experience.
I've shopped at this store many times, and I always find what I'm looking for thanks to the helpful and friendly staff. My most recent experience was buying a super comfortable pair of walking sneakers, my wife found some orthopaedic sandals, meanwhile there were scores of young backpackers buying affordable sandals. A great little shop, and an asset to Byron Bay.
I love this shop- they always have a great range of shoes in, not available elsewhere, are always helpful and are happy to order shoes in or post. Have been buying shoes here for years- don't usually write a review but wanted to counter the negative reviews as they are undeserved. Everyone is allowed to have an off day :)

The man in the store was very rude and unhelpful. Plenty of shoe stores around byron with friendlier and more helpful staff
