Hertz Car Rental Byron Bay

Helen and her team at Hertz Byron Bay really looked after us and made the whole process easy - even when we changed our plans last minute. Great service and even a couple of laughs amid the obligatory paperwork! Thank you!!

Best customer service. I hired a car last week from here but when I returned the car I left my phone holder in the car. I called the office this week who then posted it back to me in Sydney. Big thank you Stephen, Helen and anyone else at Hertz Byron who helped in posting this back to me. It's awesome when companies do that bit extra to help a customer

This is the kind of place that closes at 3:45 pm when they are supposed to close at 4pm.nnWhen picking up the car the next day. It turns out they had already 'given' it to someone else. Even though I paid everything up front.nnHad to cancel my booking, lodge a new booking and ended up with a smaller car for more money.nnStaff has no clue. A chatbot would literally do a better job.

I was treated very well by the staff at Hertz, Byron. No complaints what.so.ever. Just be a polite customer and you will not regret renting a car from this agency.nOh, btw, I left an Apple earpod in the center console and the staff graciously called me to tell me I could retrieve it. Thanks!

Terrible customer service and cannot be trusted.nnI returned my Hertz vehicle to the Byron office. The woman I spoke to was extremely rude. They charged my credit card a significant amount for having a little bit of sand in the car. I had the vehicle for a month!nnAvoid booking with, or returning cars to, Hertz Byron Bay.nnI have has good experiences with other Hertz office. The terrible service at Byron Hertz seems to be the exception rather than the rule.
