I was pretty disappointed when I went into the Narellan store on Saturday to purchase a pair of shoes I have had my eyes on for a long time and was so excited to see you had them in your store. I walked in on Saturday morning (only person in the store), picked up the shoe I wanted to get my size in, walked towards the counter but the two girl working were far too busy having a chat to serve me. I waited and stared at them. 1 girl looked me straight in the eyes, then continued on with her conversation whilst I stood there in the middle of your shop with a shoe in my hand! Got so annoyed that I popped it back on the shelf and walked out. Clearly what they got up to the night before was far more interesting.

Elizabeth from Narellan was exceptionally great with her customer service and attitude. Definitely would return because of her service!

It's ok but the selection is lacking...why do they have the same shoe on display multiple times?..it's pointless...why don't you guys have more of the jordan retro releases here?..

Worst customer experience I had for a very long time. Extremely Unprofessional and unhelpful. Kept blaming “customer service” for their own miscommunication and process in store. I was repeatedly told on the day “they had done their part”. The 2 girls who “served” me on Saturday 3rd of sept at Narellan were absolutely disinterested and unwilling to help.
