Came in with my wife who was looking for a pair of casual shoes. She usually has trouble finding a pair. But the service from the staff was fantastic. She patiently waited with my wife till she selected some shoes and even sat on the floor lacing up the shoes on her foot. Tried on several pairs till my wife was happy. Time saved as other stores wouldn't even ask us if we needed help. Credit to Ashley who served us.

We purchased a great pair of A.R.Trainers.You could tell the assistant in sales loved her work as her p r was first class navigating through our shoe choices.

I love the selection of shoes, but the service is pretty awful. I was told I could easily return a pair of shoes after 2 weeks as long as they were in wearable condition.nCame in to return them and we were told we can't return them as the bottom of the shoe shows some slight signs of wear. I thought this was ridiculous as the original staff member didn't mention anything like this at the time of purchase and made it seem like it would be very easy to do.nStaff member said she will look into it and ask her area manager for advice. She told us that she will call us with info from her manager but never did. Pretty disappointing service.

Really friendly, trendy staff! I was on the lookout for some white sneakers and the sweet curly haired girl was so patient and helped me find the perfect pair! She also recommended a shoe protection spray that keep my Lacostes looking clean and fresh! Thanks guys :-)

Useless staff. Too busy chatting. Uneducated and unmotivated. Decided to serve someone else. Multiple times, while in the middle of serving me. Therefore, we did NOT get the help we needed.nTwo staff members, who don't even look like they work there, did the same thing. Disappeared for long periods of time, never to return with the product requested.nNo help, no suggestions, no service.nThe shop was not busy. So, there was no excuse for poor customer service.
